We want you to be satisfied with your product. Therefore, we always give you a right to return or exchange your product up to 30 days after your delivery. Read more about right of withdrawal, claim, shipping and returns below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We want you to be happy with your product. That is why we offer 30 days open purchase and exchange right. Sale items and Limited Edition collections has a 14-day return policy. Please note that exchanges are only available when switching to a product of the same price. To make the handling of returns and exchanges easy, please register your product below before submitting it. You get instructions on how to pack and send the product to us, as well as the opportunity to print a return shipping note for a cost of 5.90 EUR. No return fee is charged for exchanges.

CLAIMS:
Have you bought your jewelry from us and it has broken? Register it here, send a picture and have your broken jewelry replaced within the warranty period. Follow the instructions below and we will help you as soon as possible! You can find your order number in the confirmation email received when you placed your order. If you’re missing your order number, please contact info@systerp.se.

When your claim is approved, we will replace the item. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a voucher for the value of the damaged piece.
