Placing an order

Yes, when you place your order, a confirmation is automatically sent to your registered e-mail address. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation informing you that your order has been shipped. If you haven't received this email within 3 working days, please contact our customer service on +468-242810 or info@systerp.se.
Yes, we offer gift wrapping! Add it to your order at checkout.
On our retailer page, you can search for a specific store name or by location and you will find the nearest retailer.
Shipping and delivery
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. Different shipping costs may apply depending on the destination. Select your country at checkout to see all details.
All international orders are shipped with FedEx, UPS, Budbee, Bring or DHL Parcel Connect from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once we received your order, an email with your order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address.

Before completing your purchase, you’ll be able to review the available shipping options along with their costs. Please choose your preferred shipping method to proceed with checkout.
When our warehouse has sent your package, an automatic email will be sent to you with a tracking link.
If you want to update or change the shipping address you provided at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately by phone, +468-242810 , or email, info@systerp.se, and we will be happy to help you. Please note that change of shipping address cannot be done after the order has been sent from Syster P warehouse.
Normal delivery time from Syster P is 2-5 business days for international orders. Some products may have a slightly longer delivery time during peak seasons or high demand. You will receive an shipping confirmation once your order has left our warehouse.

For uncollected parcels a fee of 29 EUR is charged. This is to cover costs for shipping the parcel and receiving the return. If you change your mind after your order has been sent from us you must still pick it up and then send it to us in return. Otherwise your purchase will automatically be registered as not collected and the fee will be charged.
Our jewelry
Our jewelry are made of 925 sterling silver, 100% recycled. The gold jewelry are plated with 18K gold.
Contact with water is safe, but please avoid salty sea and chlorinated pool water.
We love the look and feel of the natural stones and how they age beautifully, giving the jewelry its own personality. Therefore we always strive for using natural stones in our jewelry.

Silver jewelry: use our polishing cloth, which contains a very finely divided polish and is impregnated with substances that counteract oxidation. Gently polish the surface until the jewelry regains its shine. For best results, use regularly.
Gold-plated jewelry: wash gently in lukewarm water with a small amount of fragrance-free dish soap. This helps preserve the gold plating and keeps your jewelry looking its best. For tougher oxidation, gently polish the jewelry with our polishing cloth.
Syster P is a Swedish brand founded by the two sisters Emma Lindberg and Annikki Schaeferdiek. It all began with their love of all things beautiful and of exploring the world together. A soul-bonding trip far from home inspired them to create handmade pieces of jewelry and the idea for Syster P was born. Our jewelry is manufactured in India and Italy. Our aim is to work closely and transparently in all parts of the supply chain. We have therefore chosen all our craftsmen with care and we know that they are working under good conditions. Read more here.
Returns, exchanges and claims
At Syster P we want you to be happy with your product. That is why we always give you an open purchase for 30 days. Sale items, Advent Calendars and Limited Edition collections have a 14-day return policy. To make the handling of returns as easy as possible, please register your product via the link below before submitting it. Here you get instructions on how to pack and send the product to us, as well as the opportunity to print a return shipping note.

When your claim is approved, we will replace the item. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a voucher for the value of the damaged piece.
