Crafted in
Partnership
Early on, we made a decision that has shaped everything since: we would never keep our suppliers at a distance. We would know them, visit them, and build relationships that last.
Over nearly two decades, our partners in India have become exactly that — true partners. Sonia Bahl, the founder of Metis Sourcing Consultants, and Sanjay Rai, who has led our account for many years, have been with us for almost the entire journey.
Their dedication, loyalty and deep understanding of our values are invaluable to us. They are not only trusted collaborators but an essential part of the story of Syster P. Much of what we have built would simply not have been possible without them.
Manufacturing is an area where we invest great care and attention. Our jewelry is mainly produced in India and Italy by partners we have worked with for many years.
For us, long-term relationships are essential — not only for quality, but also for responsible practices. We stay close to our suppliers, visit regularly, and work together to ensure that working conditions, environments, and processes meet the standards we believe in.
Transparency is central to our approach. Our partners share their processes, challenges, and cost structures with us, and together we continuously discuss how things can improve — from working conditions to the way resources are used.
Building this kind of relationship takes time. But it is through long-term dialogue that both quality and responsibility grow.
Inside the
Factories
All our suppliers are certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), the leading global standard for responsible business practices in the jewellery industry.
Certifications provide an important foundation, but personal engagement is equally essential. We visit our suppliers several times a year, maintain a close dialogue, and share a long-term commitment to continuous improvement.
Being present in production and staying closely connected creates a deeper understanding of working conditions, processes, and opportunities for improvement.
This is how long-term relationships are built — and how responsible partnerships take shape.
